For more than 30 years, I’ve been fortunate enough to build, lead, and transform organizations across the globe. My journey as an entrepreneur has taken me through diverse industries and sectors; from boardrooms in the private sector to strategic initiatives in public service, and every experience has shaped how I think about leadership, growth, and success.

I’m a lifelong learner at heart. Whether I was pursuing my MBA, earning Project Management certifications, or diving into the latest industry trends, I’ve always believed that the moment you stop learning is the moment you stop growing. That philosophy has kept me curious, adaptable, and ready for whatever challenge comes next.

What drives me most? Seeing others succeed. There’s nothing quite like the moment when someone you’ve mentored has that breakthrough, when the pieces click into place and they realize what they’re truly capable of. That’s the work that matters to me. I’ve spent decades in leadership roles, but some of my proudest moments have come from helping others discover and develop their own leadership potential.

When I’m not working or mentoring, you’ll find me traveling to new places (always with a running list of destinations), spending quality time with my family, or simply enjoying a moment to recharge and reflect.
